Well if you don't already know of this wonderful little enzyme, I will try and educate. Every cell in our bodies use this enzyme from vital organs to the smallest muscle group. We get a small amount of it from some foods but the rest is produced in our liver and our levels peak at around 20 yrs of age. From then on, our stocks decline as we age. I can agree totally with what the companies that sell this are saying. It does dramatically increase energy levels, stamina and endurance but, as for a powerfull antioxidant, it isn't enough to fight all the extra free radicals that this particular vitamin produces.
