For about 2 months I have been taking one multi vitamin tablet and one cad liver oil cap each day and I have never felt better.
I drink and smoke pot almost every day and on weekends I go a bit crazier. I used to feel like hell every morning and if I ate something bad for me I knew all about it.
Now I feel fine. I get up well each morning, my skin feels clear, I eat all kinds of junk and feel sorted.
For a box of multi vitamins it cost me £1 and the same for the cod liver oil caps from a local health shop.
Anyone with a hectic social life who eats a lot of junk food, smokes and drinks regularly, these are a class idea.
Another bonus I found is that when I used to get a cold I was down for about 2 weeks, now a cold lasts 2-3 days tops and it not half as bad as before.
