Disadvantages: can overdose.

WE Are going to need it this Summer Cod liver oil that
is.Also called fish oil ,contains vitamins A and D .
Another one that is good for Heart ,in fact helps the whole body , energy level ,also helps immune system , fights infections especially in gums . Helps good eye health
from the vitamin A , visual ,helps with burning and
itching eyes , helps night vision ,go by recomended
dose , as you can take too much . A and D are found in many foods I have found it best not to take continuiously
have a course pause and have another ,having difficulty
with seeing in dark is indication ,or infections.
Can recomend seven Seas ,Holland and Barrett .
There is a dose warning on the holland and Barrett one
for Pregnant women . Sunshine helps our immunity too
but unfortunatly it doesnt come in a bottle .
