Last year I started suffering with bleeding gums really badly. The dentist just said to get an electric toothbrush, and recommended the basic Braun-B, which I got and used religously. Five months further on though I was still suffering from really bad bleeding gums. Doing research for myself I found vitamin C and flossing recommended.
