Since I tend to trust Colgate dental products, I decided to give this one a go. ~~THE PROMISES~~ This has a stain prevention system which helps to maintain the natural whiteness of teeth (no good if they are already less than white then!) and will keep my breath fresher and my mouth healthier. My dental hygiene routine has always been something I have maintained religiously using the most up to date toothpastes and mouthwashes available so when I heard about Colgate Plax Whitening Mouthwash and the good things being said about it, trying it was a must. This is a very good product. I first started to use it when I was under going orthodontic treatment as it provided an effective way of making sure my mouth and brace was kept clean but recently I thought I would like to tkae better care of my teeth so I have started to use it again. Unlike some mouth washes the flavour is not too strong and over powering as some mouth washes are (and I find these can be quite painful to use) so it can be used twice a day without discomfort. Despite my addiction to strong black coffee and nicotine, I'm fortunate enough to have rather white teeth. I have noticed they aren't quite the pearly whites I had when I was younger though and so I always find myself picking up various whitening toothpastes and mouthwashes in the hope that it will restore their natural brightness. I have found that mouthwash is quite an expensive product, so rather than sticking to the same one all the time I usually buy any that I happen to see on special offer. This is the reason I am currently using Colgate Plax whitening mouthwash as it was BOGOF in Wilkinsons. For 2 500ml bottles of this mouthwash it cost £2.99. The bottle is white, with a white, screw on lid, the lid is wrapped in a plastic cover so that you can tell the bottle has not been opened or tampered with.
