I am a generally fit student, but when the excesses of being an international super hunk (only joking) get be down this helps pick me up. My mother is Malaysian, and has a Jamaican-Dutch cousin. She came over to see us, but had to go home as she was refused a visa - anyway - before she left, she dropped this off for us. It's a very bitter tea, made just like normal tea but without milk.
