Made mistakes with prescription (Dolland & Aitchison)

I went for an eye test last year and needed vari-focals - great glasses and got used to them quickly. I went back a year later as a lens was scratched and I thought perhaps I could replace it for about £40. However the optician said my ight had changed slightly and recommended getting another new pair, and keep the old ones as spare. The new glasses came back wrong, so i took them back, they found they were wrong so sent them back. I got a phone call two weeks later saying glasses back but they tested them and they are wrong AGAIN! I've got to wait another week plus for them Can i get a part refund? They cost £360 odd! Not amused, as my partner was has lost his job too. :-( Not amused, as i have to drive 30 miles to visit the optician too. I don't recommend them.
