I've been with Dolland & Aitchison since I started having to wear glasses when I was 14. Now at the age of 20, I have had very few problems with the service I have received from them.
The customer service I have had has been of top quality with the sales assistants always being prepared to help and explaining their reasoning.
When I decided to get contact lenses the service was just as good then. The checkups for contacts are paid out of the subscription to the contact lenses and they are sent by mail and always arrive on time and in good condition.
If I were to complain about one thing, it is probably the cost but then again, that depends on the price you put on top quality customer service.
