Advantages: Truly an EASY way to stop smoking!

Disadvantages: The book costs 7.99! I can't think of any real disadvantages...

Allen Carr's book "EasyWay to Stop Smoking" was the best thing to happen to me of late. I was a smoker of 20 a day for 15 years and after reading this book, am totally reformed and its been almost 2 months. The point here is it was really and completely painless! I've quit before and thought I'd lost my best friend! This time, and I don't know what it is he did or said, it really was easy. No trauma, no binge eating or depression.

I believe that he "brainwashes" us in the opposite direction and it really works. His method is full of common sense and he has a way of getting through to smokers whereas the thought of dying of lung or throat cancer doesn't seem to make a difference. He doesn't use alot of scare tactics and he himself is the biggest inspiration of all. He smoked 100 cigarettes per day for 30 years!!! If he can do it, we all can. I've never felt better or more proud of myself for doing something really good for myself and it feels like a good experience instead of one full of deprivation!!

UPDATE:
I'm happy to add that it's been over 6 months for me now and I honestly rarely even think about it! I'm now known as the "pusher" of this book!
