I have always been quite a nervous person and if ever I have to do something that I have never done before or if I'm going to the dentist or doctor I get quite panicky beforehand. To the point of feeling nauseous from it! I also used to faint as a child from nerves so it is pretty serious.

My mother is an awful wreck on airplane trips and she was recommended this spray in a chemist. She thought it made such a positive difference that she tried to get me to use it. I first tried it on the day of my driving test and I wasn't expecting much from it to be honest. It seemed like another fad.

She gave me the spray bottle which comes in a handy small bottle perfect for fitting in your pocket for times in need. It is like a mouth spray and you just press the nozzle and spray the formula into your mouth.

At first it tastes strongly like vodka but you get used to it! I was surprised to feel more relaxed shortly after use. I did use it a few times though. I don't think it was a placebo effect either because I am such a nervous person. It didn't calm my nerves completely but it definitely helped. I have used it since before doctor visits and such and it has boosted my confidence. I feel I'm much more able to cope with this in my handbag.

It is available in pharmacists and a 7ml spray bottle would only cost about £5. This is excellent value because it will really last you through some awkward times! You only need to use a few sprays each time so it will last months.

I also passed my driving test on the day I first tried this spray too :) I feel I did have the confidence to carry on without any hiccups which made all the difference between a pass and a fail!

So this spray is highly recommended to any of you nervous people out there like me.
