Advantages: it looks happy and isnt in pill form, this could be a benefit for some people.

Disadvantages: it doesnt work, it tastes of alcohol and it costs too much for something which doesnt work.

I bought this product when I was experiencing a really tough time at University, and it was affecting my day, generally pulling down my mood whilst also makeing me anxious.
I dont like takeing pills and wanted to try something more natural, so I thought I would try this.

You can likely read far more about this product on its website then I can mention here, but the understanding I got was that it was created from flowers, by a Dr Bach, many many many years ago, and is a remedy for most bad things. Stress included.

Your advised to take a few drops, on the back of your tonge, around 4 times a day.

My first impressions of this on the shelf were that it looked good, happy, helpful. But sadly, in my view, it did not live up to its hype.

The actual drops taste just like unflavored alcohol. I think the product actually has alcohol in it and this should be made more obvious on the bottle, children and people trying to be tee-total (this means litlerally no alcohol from anything, if its in a glass or in food, its all the same. Alcohol problems are a big deal), can all easily find this on the shelf and could purchase it with no real knowledge of whats in it.

I have to say, I think its a placebo experience, I didnt feel any different, not relieved, not mildly. I did wait for an hour to see if I was any easier about things, before takeing more. Still no difference.

I didnt think for a second it would make my problems go away, this is not why I bought it. What I had hoped is that I would have the edge taken off enough that I could think straight, prioritise, get my mind in order. Nothing though, no respite, no mild relief. Vey disappointed.

This little pot at the time costed me £7 from a well known high street retailer. At the time I was a student, and resented paying for something which did not work.

I can imagine this would work if you BELIEVED it would, maybe its something to trick your freind/partner/spouse into takeing in the hope that they may believe its going to work. You never know, if they believe it, it will happen. Never underestimate the power of the mind.

Summary: I wouldnt buy this again.

I also have panic attacks and anxiety problems- to the point where I have to see a psychiatrist. I still dont feel this works, I wish it did- I wanted it to and bought it as I thought it would- I dislike takeing pills so really was pleased to take something not as obviously harmfull. It didnt do anything :(
