I always keep a bottle of this in my bag. I find it really useful to take a couple of drops before anything that might make you feel a bit uneasy or nervous, such as a job interview, a meeting, a flight, and audition etc. I also use it when I am feeling sick or nauseous because it takes away the tension that comes with it. I often find that I then start to feel better as I'm not worrying about feeling ill. I must admit I also sometimes have some just for the taste! It tastes quite like brandy as it contains grape alcohol solution. I'm sure some of it's effects are due to the placebo effect - you know and believe that this product will calm you and so it does. I take it anytime I feel a little bit anxious, even when for no reason and it just seems to take the edge off. I am prone to some anxiety and panic sometimes so I find that sometimes just knowing the bottle is in my bag helps me. It is quite expensive but worth it as you can't put a price on something which helps with panic attacks as they are the worst things to experience. If you look at what each ingredient does, you can understand in what situations to use it in. For example, I think one of the flower remedies in it is used for dizziness, so if you are prone to that it is also good to have some. It is not just something to use before an exam or something, it is for anytime you may feel a little anxious, even if you don't know why. A great product to keep in your bag.
