Dr Bach Rescue Remedy is a homepathic remedy containing the essences of flowers. It really does work. I use it an emergency and it does somehow comfort and reasure me when I need it most. I always feel safe with this formula as I know homeopathic medicine is safe.

Dr Bach developed his flower remedies to help people suffering from emotional upset which he felt caused illness. I agree with this as the mind I feel does make us suffer physically.

There are people who think it is a load of rubbish but they can't explain how homeopathic medicines work on young children and animals.

Anyone who is feeling nevous and stressed about an interview, exam, meeting someone or starting something new I would recommend keeping a bottle of the spray handy to spray on the tongue when you need those jitters and butterflies kept at bay.
