Advantages: Really works

Disadvantages: Expensive

My mum used to use this when I was a little girl. I remember her using the line - wheres the rescue remedy, she swears by it even to this day. Because my mum is such a fan of this I was introduced to it and now use it also and it really does work.

This is a bach remedy, homeopathic which costs around £6-7 for a 20ml bottle. In stressful situations and in situations where you need calming down you put a doppler full on your tongue and it 'rescues' you making you feel more relaxed. It tases like brandy and is quite yummy. Although it is made from nautural ingredients this product is not for children.

I have recently used this on two ocassions - My wedding and the birth of my daughter. Many people commented to me that I was as 'cool as a cucumber' on my wedding day and I really did feel like that. When I went into labour with my little girl I needed something to help calm me down and this really worked.

I do not rely on this on a daily basis but simply use it in stressful situations when I need relaxing and it really does work. I carry this small bottle in my bag in case I feel I need a lift in a stressful situation.

This can be brought in most chemists, health shops and places like boots and superdrug. It is becoming ver popular and people swear by it and once you've tried it you will not be surprised.

Summary: A great way to calm you down

hmmmm this sounds interesting.... I have a stressful drop where at times I need to stop myself from pulling my hair out..... I have never heard of this before.

A "doppler" full? I think you mean dropper lol. Unless you're a physicist perhaps. I think it's worth mentioning that you shouldn't use this if you are also taking prescription anti-depressants.

It didn't do a thing for me I'm afraid, Susan
