Advantages: kept me calm and in control

Disadvantages: didnt taste great (well unless you a whisky fan)

When I started my driving lessons last October I was a nervous wreck, after being the passenger in a bad car accident a few years before all I could focus on was the fact that it could happen again. And before my lessons I got really edgy couldn't sit still and if any one would talk to me I would bite their head off.

After I spoke to my auntie about this she told me to go out and go and buy some Dr Bach Rescue Remedy as it had really helped her when she did her driving lessons.

So of I went to boots and brought a bottle of Rescue Remedy it cost me £7.18 and I received 28 points on my boots card (which is equal to 28p)

The rescue remedy comes in a yellow box and in side the box is a little glass brown bottle with a dropper top.

The Rescue Remedy has a combination of five flower remedies that all work on your emotional imbalances:
Cherry Plum - for lack of self control and irrational thoughts
Star of Bethlehem - for shock
Impatiens - for irritation and impatience
Clematis - for inattentiveness and to counteract faintness
Rock Rose - for terror and panic

The way I used the Rescue Remedy was to but 4 drops on to my tongue (I thought I taste and smelt like whiskey) but you can also at it to water and sip it, though I really don't think this would taste very nice

I really thought the Rescue Remedy was wonderful it really helped me stay calm and get a grip of myself. I took the Remedy before every lesson and regularly for 3 days before my driving test.

Oh and I did pass my driving test first time after 30 hours of lessons

Summary: great for times of stress
