Advantages: It does work
Disadvantages: Horrible taste
I have used this a few times in the past, although I mainly use the pastilles now.
I dislike the taste to this one. It tastes almost alcoholic and I can taste a horrible alcohol aftertaste in my mouth after use, to be honest that's what puts me off using it again. The pastilles taste so much better. I also struggle using the dropper as it's almost impossible to drop the recommended dose of five drops onto your tongue (or into water). The dropper always drops more than you want, which is annoying as you get so little for your money!!!
You can drop the drops into water, although I can't taste the remedy when I use it this way. I guess that's a good thing as I hate the taste of it anyway. The bad thing is that by using it this way it doesn't have much of an effect. It just seems too weak and it doesn't help to calm my nerves, which means that i'm more prone to panic attacks.
I get a better effect by dropping the remedy straight onto my tongue. It DOES help to calm by nerves but I still get the odd panic attack again. Whereas I get less panic attacks when I take the pastilles, so I guess the pastilles work better and they're also better value too.
Not bad, it does work but I suggest using the remedy neat as watering it down weakens it (like it does anything really). It does taste pretty nasty though!
Summary: The pastilles are better
