For Pain Relief- Apply as described above, every 3 to 4 hours as required.
In the case of inflammation especially, if there is no improvement or relief, make sure you consult your doctor! I have found them to be quite god in softening ear wax, and regularly use them myself, so now I have no excuse not hearing my other half.....oh well!...more

Now there is no more excuse for not hearing your other half speak! Earex Plus Ear Drops contains choline salicylate and glycerin. It is used to soften ear wax and is also used for the symptomatic relief of ear pain in acute and chronic otitis media and externa (inflammation of the middle and outer ear). The glycerin is responsible for the wax softening action, as it acts as an emollient, and the choline salicylate (which is quite similar to aspirin), provides analgesic (pain relief), anti-pyretic (fever reducing) and anti-inflammatory functions.
