When you just dont have time to be sick, I definatly recommend getting some Echineaca.(sorry if spelling is not right).

Had heard alot of people rave about this and although it can be expensive if you dont look around, it is a great vitamin.

I take one tablet every day and when everyone else has the flu I notice that I never pick it up, and when I run out and am not on it for a few weeks I do start to get a cold or sore throat if there is alot of colds around.

You can buy it in tablet form or droplets, the price does alter depending on where you buy it from although I cant remember how much it is, b/c I have tried all sort I recently bought a small packet from Boots of Echineaca and Rosehip tablets the packet was about 30 tabs and you take one a day and I think it was around £2 give or take a few pence.

This is a great product to keep those immune cells bright and happy when everyone else is off and down with the flu.
