I'm the oldest of eight, I have three children, my brother has three, and so does my cousin. We've been using echinachea for years for any "under the weather" symptoms. During flu season, my sister-in-law puts drops in the pitcher of 100% juice. Also, a great tip for toddlers is to put half a dropper in their juice cup. They don't notice the taste, and they drink it all, without going through the "I don't take medicine, even if you stand on your head" routine. For older kids and adults, put a dropper full in a small medicine cup, mix in a shot of apple juice, and drink it straight down. It keeps the taste from burning your throat.
