... Introduction ~~ I first came across Dermol 500 lotion after being prescribed the product to use in conjunction with a steroid based cream for the treatment of eczema around five years ago. I have suffered with persistent eczema on the palms of my hands for most of my adult life, because the eczema had become particularly severe I was advised to use Dermol 500 lotion as soap substitute as most other shower gels and soaps appeared to burn my hands and cause further irritation. Since I have this, I have to use soap free products and unscented things as it will really irritate my skin so this is why I use sensitive products. It needn t be anything touching the skin, her skin will start to burn purely from being to cold or too hot. We re not exactly sure what causes it, but the Aqueous Calamine Cream certainly helps her find some relief from it.
