I'm a big fan of heat and cold for helping with pain, and because of this I own a number of microwavable heat packs. I also like to use them instead of a hot water bottle at night time, and one of those which I have is this wheat bag from Essential Aids. This particular wheat bag is made from a thick tartan coloured material, and is one of my favourites. It's not really to do with the colouring of the material, but the thickness and feel of the material is certainly a factor in making it one of my favourites, but the most important factor is that inside, the bag is divided into 4 pockets which means that unlike with many wheat bags, the wheat inside doesn't ...
