This is a wonderful natural oil. Evening primrose oil works not only from the outside but also from the inside.
Taken as a supplement it is great for relieving the symptoms of pms although you may have to take it for 3 or 4 months before you begin to see the full benefits.I'm not sure how it works but it makes a real difference to swollen, sore pre menstrual breats and eases the stomach cramps.
The other use I have for evening primrose oil is on my skin. Simply take one of the capsules and pierce it with a pin, then rub the oil onto your skin. Its great as a soothing balm for skin aggravated by psoriasis or ecxema but also makes a great evening moisturiser for your face when used after cleansing.
