Can help IBS,Colic,Indigestion. Oestrogen type properties may even help Menopause. I love fennel seeds, they have a sort of aniseed flavour. I add them to my Chilli, Bolognese & in anything I think they may compliment. I first bought them because I had read they are good to have as part of a healthy diet. You buy them in the small jars that you get other herbs & spices in. You can Chew them, Add them to cooking or make Fennel tea. To make Fennel tea, Boil half a teaspoon of the seeds slowly,in a cup of water, for about 10 minutes or more. Strain & either wait to cool & put in the fridge or drink as a warm drink. 3 cups a ...
