Advantages: find out early

Disadvantages: not accurate

I wanted to write this review in the hope that maybe someone could give me some answers.

I used a first response pregnancy kit two days after my period was due and it came up positive, I was over the moon, but before I did anything else I bought another one to confirm this as I did not want to get my hopes up. The second one also said positive, so as you can imagine after wanting a baby for so long I was ecstatic.

So next thing to do is to get it confirmed by the doctors, who unfortunately told me that both the tests were wrong as the one they did came up negative.

I feel as though the first response tests are inaccurate and I think something should be done to check these as I am sure their might be other women out there who have also suffered the devastation I am feeling right now.

Any response to this would be greatly appreciated.

False positives on these tests are very rare, certainly the odds of 2 being wrong are very slim, chances are you were pg but lost it very early on. I've used this test with 2 of mine, one of them was before i was due on and both gave me correct positive results.

Hi There as someone ttc myself I know how disappointed you must be - however, some times you can have a pregnancy that does not sustain itself and it may have been that you had a very early miscarriage and that is why you got the positives and then the negative at the Drs'

I have used these tests and know people who have too and they do work believe you me!!!
