I have to admit that before trying this product I hadn't known that you could drink Aloe Vera. I read the literature about the benefits of this drink and heard people talking about the remarkable effects it had had, but I wan't really convinced. I had been warned about the taste and even tried a bit before buying. It's pretty awful to start with, but I found my tastebuds getting used to it over time, and now I'm happy to drink it.

I guess the fact that I'm still drinking it over a year after first trying it shows that I'm finding a benefit. It's hard to pin-point exactly, but I have less colds and those I do get are quickly overcome. I also have more energy (always useful when playing with the kids).
