Well I guess we all go through stages in our life when for one reason or another we get 'bunged up'. Having had the misfortune to suffer from the dreaded constipation while pregnant and with the threat of heamaroids on the horizon I consulted my gp for advice. Urgh... this was horrible! You mix the orange powder with a glass of water...my advice drink it quick the longer you leave it the more solid it becomes in you glass and the harder it is to drink. It actually compelled me to retch!! The only thing I would say in its favour that it is all natural. As for the constipation?
