Advantages: pleasant to take, works well

Disadvantages: expensive if taking every day

my teenage son was in and out of a&e departement with stomach pains, sickness and upset tummy for several weeks over the summer. after lots of tests and to-ing and fro-ing the hospital said he had irritable bowel syndrome brought about by a sluggish bowel they reccommended that he took 1/2 a sachet of fybogel every day and that this would regulate his bowel patterns rather than the cant go or cant stop goingthat he used to experience. after 2 weeks his bowel patterns became more regular and he still continues to take 1/2 sachet every day. it seems to have kept his ibs under control , allowing him to get on with his life. pleasent to take and easily available at all chemists ans supermarkets.
