I have been using this for two days now and i am already seeing results, i feel so much better and fresher, a feeling of cleanliness. I use the loo more comfortably and gas problems is less frequent, hopefully i wouldnt have to use it in the long term, and i have the prescription version, but regardless it should deliver the same result. doesnt taste that great, in fact there is no pleasantness to it at all, and regardless of how well you mix it, the small pebbles get at the bottom of the glass, so you may have add more water to fully swallow the contents of the sachet. I have always been sceptical about using medicines, but this has changed my point of view, and i guess people in the medicine industry certainly know their stuff. so if you suffer constipation, irregualr bowel movements or hemmoroids, you may want to give this a go.
