Disadvantages: gets stuck in troat, no good for bad constipation

Urgh... this was horrible! You mix the orange powder with a glass of water...my advice drink it quick the longer you leave it the more solid it becomes in you glass and the harder it is to drink. It actually compelled me to retch!!

The only thing I would say in its favour that it is all natural.

As for the constipation? I drank this goo for 5 days in a row and gave up and took some cemical laxatives..which by the way worked wonders!
