Garlic! Meant to be soo good for you but I have another way to use it!!

I was advised to buy odourless garlic tablets before going on a trip to the caribbean a few years back due to the ammount of insect bites I had got previously when travelling somewhere like this.

I thought it was a load of rubbish but decided to give it a go. I bought 60 tablets for about 70p from my local supermarket and began to take one a day at least a month before travelling to my holiday.

I did not notice any change in myself, and once I had got in the habbit of taking the tablet every morning it was no trouble what so ever.

When I eventually got on holiday I kept taking the capsuels right through until the end. I must say I was so suprised that I never had any bites what so ever!

The tablets were 2mg and for the sake of 70p I would definatley take them again - even if it was a fluke lol.
