When I was younger I used to suffer from dry skin on my face and hands in particular and this can be very annoying at the best of times, but if you're heading out for the night and suddenly your skins is all dry and flaky it doesn't look great. I have used Hc45 cream for years and I swear by it as it's the best cream I've used for my skin. You can buy a tube of it for around £3 in any chemist and this will last a fair while. Even though I tend to use some daily it still normally lasts me about a month or so. Therefore it's not bad value.

I used soap and water and other types of creams up until using this product and nothing seemed to work to be honest with you. So what makes this product so different? Well it contains an ingredient called hydrocortisone which can be used to reduce inflammation. This happens when your skin is irritated for example in the case of dry skin. When you apply this cream to your skin it works by decreasing the inflammation and irrititation in the skin and gives it moisture. I'm not up on the technical or chemical explanation. I only know that it works for me and if I use it in the morning on affected areas and it can keep me going with supple skin all day.

Use it sparingly though if you can on those areas that need it most and try to only use it if you really need to and if the skin is very bad. I would recommend this cream to anyone who has problems such as dry skin or other skin complaints like that. You can also use it on insect bites although I never really use it on them to be honest with you.
