TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and works by delivering small electrical pulses to the body via electrodes placed on the skin, that is thought to help ease pain. The electrodes are placed in two positions on the back; two are ... Read the full review: Mama-tens TENS Machine for labour by mrsgladwin |

However it is worth it if you are a weight watchers nut as I am. First you enter your height, weight and stride details to help your pedometer accurately work out your points earned in the day. Place it on your hip every morning (it does get addictive and Idon t usually forget either!!) and it tracks your steps encouraging you to do the recommended 10,000 steps per day. However this little gem beeps when you have earned an extra bonus point calculated in half points. For any WW fanactic you know that this is a celebration in itself - half a point earned by j...
