This is an excellent quality digital scale and I have found the accuracy to be very good compared to some other digital scales around the same price point. You can change the display to imperial (stones, or pounds) or metric (kgs) which is handy if you're not so familiar with one or the other. Accuracy doesn't seem to alter too much depending on where you stand on the scale, which is always a good thing! The real bonus to this scale is the added body fat monitor, which is surprisingly accurate considering it uses electrical impedance.
