I have just begun to take these tablets again after a couple of years. When i was going through puberty my skin started to get worse and worse and I felt as though I had tried everything from creams to lotions and washes and wipes. It was coming up to my first works christmas party and I had quite bad skin so used a facial steamer and used some expensive spot gel the gel burnt my face and made the spots worse I was distraught . I first saw the Clear Complexion tablets advertised in a magazine and went to Holland and Barratt to make my purchase they cost £3.65 about 5 years ago and i think they are slightly cheaper now.
I started taking two tablets a day until the tablets ran out, within the 1st few weeks my skin was clear and healthy I was very impressed as I had previously used cream perscribed from the doctor which dried my skin and bleached my bedding and clothes.
I would seriously recommend using this product.
Take one tablet twice a day and you will see the difference.
