... have been taking HRI water balance tablets for a week now as I had a swollen belly that just wouldnt budge, Id tried everything from diet pills to exercising twice a day. My mum has been taking HRI water balance tablets and I could really see the difference in the swelling. Ive had no side effects from taking the tablets but I have noticed that my breasts have expanded 3 cup sizes in the week that Ive been taking them(not that me or my partner are complaining!!). ... a sufferer of Irritable Bowel Syndrome I often experienced bloating and fluid retention. I guess I was also unlucky as my lower abdomen would swell like a balloon for a week before my period started due to fluid retention. I decided to give this product a go after reading the other two reviews on this site. I have now used these tablets for two months and I can sincerely tell you that I have had absolutely no swelling or apparent fluid retention since starting them!
