Iron is in a lot of the foods we eat so only if we have a real dificiency should we take Iron ,Vitamin C helps us absorb it,and E should be taken 8 hrs away from Iron. I started taking iron tablets (made by APS) when I was pregnant and suffered from anaemia. I was tired all the time and totally lacking in energy.
