Advantages: I got some restful nights sleep

Disadvantages: my body seemed to get used to it and it stopped working

I have big issues with sleep, I seem to have no problems getting to sleep and it doesn't matter how many hours I have slept I still wake unrefreshed, this is not good as a single mother of a hyperactive 8 year old girl. My sleep problem is that bad that I have now been referred to a sleep clinic. Its like I am not getting enough of the right level of sleep.

I have been at my whits end with this sleep business as it has been a big issue for nearly 12 months now and i have had blood tests testing me for everything possible all results came back fine. One evening, i was completely shattered as usual when i saw the advert for Kalms sleep, iIhave taken normal Kalms before and had good results with them so I thought i have nothing to lose.

The first night I took them I woke up the following morning feeling completely different, I had had a good RESTFUL night sleep, I hadn't slept too heavy to wake for my daughter in the night but I had managed to get enough quality sleep for the first time in literally many many months. I was so worried about waking up feeling even more groggy than i normally feel because of the tablets, but I didn't I actually felt really refreshed, I didn't need my mid-day nap (which I generally have to have) and I even had the energy to take my daughter swimming after school I felt great, I kept taking them and for 3 (non consecutive) nights that week I actually got some quality sleep. This is 3 nights more sleep than i believe I would have had, I have carried on taking them but unfortunately for my severe problem it doesn't seem to still be working.

I would honestly say that if you are not sleeping well give these a try, I was taking 4 tablets and about an hour later I was able to fall asleep, they didn't knock me out I was still able to be alert for my daughter and it didn't leave me with the groggy feeling like a lot of sleeping tablets can.

Sorry that I have talked quite a bit about my own sleep problem but i felt important to point this information out to show how much the effectiveness of these tablets meant, i appreciate my sleep problem is extreme.
