My father had high cholesterol and blood pressure, and came back from a visit to his GP a little bit worried. Being a sensible woman his doc suggested making some lifestyle changes before wheeling out the serious drugs so he was told about healthy diet and exercise etc. One thing she mentioned in particular was garlic.
