Advantages: no odour, easy to swallow, brilliant for bringing down cholesterol levels and blood pressure

Disadvantages: little pricey

When my dad came back from the doctor he was very worried.
His cholesterol and blood pressure had gone high. I had been warning him about his bad eating habits and lazy lifestyle.
The doctor had said to him to change his diet to more healthier food and to try and exercise. The dog would be happy as it would be walked more!
He also recommended garlic tablets. My dad was a little worried about this as he thought it would make him smell of garlic and was worried about any nasty side effects, so we researched into which tablets would be best.
