Lanes Modern Herbals I am a big fan of these natural remedies, they are a little bit more expensive than other well-known brands but I find that they suit me and have quite a good range. The water retention tablets come in boxes of 60 tablets and I use these quite regularly. A really good line is the Cold and Catarrh tablets 42 to a box, I have had quite a lot of problems with blocked sinuses and catarrh since I stopped smoking and these have helped a great deal.
