I am a big fan of these natural remedies, they are a little bit more expensive than other well-known brands but I find that they suit me and have quite a good range.

The water retention tablets come in boxes of 60 tablets and I use these quite regularly.

A really good line is the Cold and Catarrh tablets 42 to a box, I have had quite a lot of problems with blocked sinuses and catarrh since I stopped smoking and these have helped a great deal.

When I have had a stressful day and find it difficult to relax and sleep I take the Passiflora tablets, they do recommend that you don’t take this long term but they are really good.

The stress tablets I haven’t taken but my mother swears by them so I will give them a thumbs up.

Everybody at some time needs a helping laxative they do a good one 14 tablets to a box and they are very good. I find that just one tablet a day over two days and I’m fighting fit again.

Lanes Modern Herbals have a web site that is really interesting and well worth a visit. It covers every bit of alternative medicine far too much for me to mention in this opinion but do go and take a look.
