Advantages: something to rely on

Disadvantages: worried about addiction

i have been taking lanes quiet life tablets for 2 plus years now
i discovered them through a pal who had been taking them for his nerves.
They seem to make me so calm and allow me to sleep, i have always been a nervous type of person but they seem to be a natural alternative to anti depressants, which i hate, with none of the side effects.

Sometimes i come off them when im feeling better, but its usually the first thing i reach for in times of stress.

I worry that i may be addicted to them or can get addicted to them in some way and that ultimately i may be harming myself but so far im okay.

Actually i would like more information on that possibility if thats possible.
thanks.

Hi and welcome to dooyoo. Not a bad start there, but could probably do with a little more information. For example, what's in the tablets, how often do you take them, what effects do they have on you etc etc.

Hope you stick around and enjoy the site. The more you read, the more you'll learn and there's some excellent stuff on the site to read and write about.

Ditto what Andy said too :o)

Welcome to dooyoo, I only joined a few days ago and here's the advice I got:

1.) Read a lot of opinions, get your name around, rate them and leave a comment if you want.

2.) Write less opinions, but ones with greater depth and more information.

3.) Don't add people to your Circle of Friends, unless you have good reason, ie enjoy a lot of their writing.

4.) Enjoy dooyoo

Andy
