who ever said these tablets were good cant have problems with sleeping it is in their minds, I have just tried these tablets as a chemist recommended them to me, my problem is I am so busy through the day that my mind becomes active at night hence the sleep problems, I tried these tablets and they cost me 4.05 pounds and they kept me awake all night, which didnt help my job today, I took them back to the chemist who refused a refund as package had been opened, so I had to end up with the original tablets I wanted in the first place which I know work for me, Kalms night time are good. If anybody got problems try them. I am so disappointed in having wasted money on this product that I am writing a formal complaint to the company involved.

I have often sought to use any products like Lanes Quiet life that assist mainly in helping me overcome my seeming inability to sleep but also to reduce the stress of a pressurised job and situations such as exams and tests. I've been taking Quiet Life for years and years; not all the time though. Whenever I feel stressed, can't sleep and that life is going too fast, I start taking QL. I've always got them in the cupboard. After a few days, everything calms down and I forget to take them, so they are NOT habit forming. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.
