I've been taking Quiet Life for years and years; not all the time though. Whenever I feel stressed, can't sleep and that life is going too fast, I start taking QL. I've always got them in the cupboard. After a few days, everything calms down and I forget to take them, so they are NOT habit forming. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.
