... friend recommended Lanes Quiet Life to me because I have been going through a very stressful experience and couldn t seem to switch off and relax, let alone sleep. I d tried CD-Roms, relaxation tapes, incense, lavender oil, peaceful meditations (all of which usually work for me) without success. Even now that the stressful experience is over, I was so tightly wound up, I just couldn t let go.
