Advantages: capsule is easy to swallow and no bitter aftertaste

Lemsip extra strength capsules are what I am writing about as they are just the thing when you are just getting that tickly throat and clogged feeling in the nose. I think they really do work and should be given a try.
I buy them and use them when the start of the itches and sniffles come to me and find if taken soon enough you can avoid the full blown cold. But if not caught in time they do help take off the muggy feeling and make it possible to keep working at least.
Not too expensive the Lemsip day and night maximum strength capsules come at around £3.65 sometimes a bit cheaper depending where you buy them.
Usually 16 in a box and they are red and yellow if memory serves correctly.
I swear by them now and would always make sure I have some handy in my bathroom cabinet just for that flu like feeling.
My motto strike first before it renders you to the bed.
