... for £2 something and I thought I may as well chuck it in the trolley and see if worked the next time it felt like there was a tiny man hammering a hole into my uterus.
There were 2 patches in a box and it was made quite clear that they must be thrown away after 6 hours and are not reusable.

All you ladies will know just how bad period pain can be when it gets a hold on you. Some months I will be lucky and will not have any period pain at all but other months, it punishes me for having a couple of pain free periods by unleashing the hell of all pains on my body. I will have headaches, backaches, tummy aches and leg aches all going on at one time. It is a misery and I become a complete miserable cow. I try not to for my daughter and husband's sake but when I am in the throws of period hell, I just want to curl up in a ball and not wake up until it is all over.
