It's rare for someone to become particularly enthusiastic about a vitamin tablet, but I think these are absolutely fantastic - they contain probiotics! (which are 'friendly bacteria' that are claimed to improve digestion etc). Generally I tend to have a really pretty good healthy diet, mainly because I am allergic to nearly everything that isn't a fruit or a vegetable and 'freefrom' goodies are often so stupidly expensive that I don't tend to bother with junkfood! So I haven't ever worried about a lack of vitamins. However, ever since I contracted some foreign stomach infection in South America my stomach has been a huge problem for me. We all see these ... Apparantly they create fewer opportunities for bad bacteria to grow and so could prevent infections and ilnesses. They are the same as the yoghurt drinks that you can buy only they don't need to be stored in the fridge when in this tablet form. It's difficult to know whether probiotics do actually acheive these aims but I do seem to get less tummy upsets when i take these ... Read the complete review

Well, that’s what they claim on their web-site……. Hang on, a multivitamin with a web-site, what IS the world coming to!? It was suggested by my doctor that I should take this multivitamin because I wasn’t eating very well as I suffer with stomach thrush (no, it’s not very nice). He suggested this particular one because as I couldn’t eat anything ‘interesting’ I wasn’t taking any vitamins or minerals into my body, also because it has ‘probiotic nutrients, and it should help my immune system to cope while I was feeling a little run down (it also helps break down the nasty stuff in the bowel). ...
