If you are looking to give up smoking then this is a good product to help you. Having smoked for 30 years and trying to give up on numerous occasions I have now finally kicked the habit and have no intentions of going back. The kit comes with a 'fake' cigarette which mimics a normal cigarette. The fake comes in three sections 1) battery 2) atomiser 3) filter. The filter contains the nicotine and will need to be changed.
