I started using the Nicorette Inhalator 3 days ago and I am amazed at how easy it is to control my cravings for a fag. You just simply stick this thing in your mouth, suck on it a few times and hey, presto, cravings gone! I used to smoke in excess of 40 fags everyday and I thought that giving up would be much more difficult than this.

I am well aware of the fact that I may simply get hooked on the Inhalator but if I stick to my programme and gradually reduce my useage I am sure that I will be fine. The instruction leaflet recommends using between 6 and 12 cartridges a day but I am only using 3 or 4 at the most. I can't see any reason why anybody should want to or need to use 12 cartridges.

I discovered this wonderful product by enrolling on a smoking cessation programme at my local health centre - I attended my first clinic at the beginning of this week and will attend weekly for the next 5 weeks. I recommend the cessation programme to anyone - the best thing about it is that they provide the NRT free of charge for 12 weeks so you can imagine how much money I am managing to save :-)

I seem to think I am in a dream and I am going to wake up. Ok, it is still early days but I can still confidently say that I will NEVER be reaching for another fag again! If you smoke and are serious about quitting for good then get yourself Nicorette Inhalator. I suppose the only bad thing about the inhalator is that is does taste rather strong and it dries out your mouth somewhat. Whenever I have used mine I have to suck on a mint or have a drink to take the dryness away. Still, that's a small price to pay when I have done the most important thing I could ever do to improve my health. Nicorette Inhalator is tops!
