I have recently given up smoking for the second time - the first was for tweo years then I started again following a change of job and city - and been so far very successful with the help of this little white stick. The first timne I quit smoking after 11 years I used patches but they made me projectile vomit (how lovely!) and I ended up going Cold Turkey - to be honest I found my willpower got me through and it was relatively easy. This time round it was a little bit different -I knew I should quit but I wasn't yet ready to (if you're a smoker you will know what this daily battle means).

So onto the product: It's basically a little white plastic thing in which you load what I can only describe as Nicotine sponges - once you have loaded it you inhale from it like a normal cigarette and the nicotine hit is supposed to stop your cravings.

The first thing I noticed is that the plastic casing looks nothing like a cigarette! Surely for all the thousands of pounds of research budget that these companies have they could have made the thing look better - I have spent the last four weeks with my friends laughing at me saying it looks like I am smoking a tampon - and I can't argue - it does!

However this product does combat the cravings and helps by giving you something to hold so I can't let aesthetics get in the way.Overall a really useful tool for quitting the filthy weed.
